Take accurate orders and ensure timely service of food and drinks.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge on menu items, ingredients, allergens, and promotions.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and cutlery.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver orders efficiently.
Manage billing, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
Address guest queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotions to enhance revenue.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (FSSAI norms).
Assist in set?up and breakdown for events, buffets, and special functions.
Maintain proper grooming standards and follow hotel SOPs.
Participate in briefings, trainings, and performance evaluations.
