Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and experienced

Food & Beverage Server

to provide exceptional service to guests at our fine dine Japanese and Korean restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for hospitality, attention to detail, and familiarity with Asian dining etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude. Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and beverage pairings--especially Japanese and Korean specialties. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks in a timely, elegant, and efficient manner. Be attentive to guest needs throughout their dining experience. Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods. Set up and clear tables according to fine dining standards. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of service areas. Coordinate with kitchen staff and runners to ensure smooth service. Handle guest complaints or requests politely and escalate when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant. Knowledge or interest in Japanese and Korean cuisine and dining etiquette. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and a guest-first approach. Well-groomed appearance and positive body language. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hospitality or F&B service training/certification. Basic knowledge of sake, soju, tea, and traditional Asian beverages. Multilingual abilities (especially English, Hindi, or regional languages); knowledge of basic Japanese/Korean phrases is a plus.
