Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and sequence.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
Operations
Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas before service.
Clear tables and reset for the next guests efficiently.
Handle billing, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
Follow restaurant SOPs for service sequence and hygiene.
Standards & Compliance
Adhere to grooming standards and maintain professional appearance.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Report any service issues, guest complaints, or equipment faults to supervisors.
Teamwork & Support
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
Assist colleagues during busy service periods.
Participate in daily briefings, trainings, and upselling initiatives.
