Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Aloft Bengaluru Whitefield. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of our food and beverage department, including managing and training staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a budget, and maintaining inventory. Qualifications Budgeting and financial management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Bachelor\'s degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related field Experience in managing a food and beverage team is a plus Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
