Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with 10+ years of industry experience to oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations. Must have restaurant and bar management expertise, strong service standards, leadership skills, and marketing proficiency for banquets and conferences. Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets). Ensure efficient service, high quality, and customer satisfaction. Control costs, inventory, staffing, and equipment maintenance. Monitor costs, portion control, and profitability. Marketing and Client Acquisition: Develop strategic marketing plans for banquets and conferences. Build relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and prospects. Collaborate with sales and marketing for effective campaigns. Staff Management and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise staff (servers, bartenders, kitchen personnel). Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards and resolve complaints promptly. Emphasize personalized service and exceed guest expectations. Monitor feedback and enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of food and beverage management experience. Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of operations, menu planning, cost control. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 935,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
