Ensure tables, cutlery, and service areas are clean and set.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for order processing.
Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest needs during service.
Assist in buffet setup, clearance, and service.
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Ensure accurate billing and table closing.
Support supervisors in daily operations.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.
