Ensure exceptional guest service by monitoring service quality and handling complaints promptly.
Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising service staff.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
Assist in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in service areas.
Support the F&B Manager in menu planning, promotions, and events.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare basic reports related to sales, service issues, and guest feedback.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in F&B service; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle guest concerns tactfully and diplomatically.
Good grooming and a professional attitude.
