Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. The role requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take beverage/food orders accurately.

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages according to recipes and standards.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems efficiently.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment.

Refill stock items such as milk, syrups, coffee beans, and packaging materials as needed.

Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as per company and FSSAI standards.

Support team members in daily opening and closing activities.

Promote menu items, special offers, and loyalty programs to increase sales.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role (preferred).

Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and hygiene.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualification: 10th/12th pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or F&B Service (preferred).

Work Schedule

9-hour shift (rotational as per store schedule) Weekly off as per company policy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
