Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation
Assist guests with menu selections and explain dishes and beverages
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in service areas
Clear tables, reset for the next service, and assist in closing duties
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service etiquette
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations
Adhere to grooming and uniform standards at all times
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service procedures

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience may apply
Industrial Exposure Training (IET) / On-the-Job Training (OJT) candidates welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
