Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and equipment.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Assist in setting up buffets, banquets, and special events as required
Support colleagues and coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service.
Process billing and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Uphold the resort's service culture, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Prior experience in F&B service preferred (freshers may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
