Responsibilities

Guest Interaction: Greet guests, provide a warm welcome, assist with menu inquiries, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Order Taking & Service: Accurately take food and beverage orders, serve items, and present bills.

Operational Duties: Set up and clear tables, prepare service stations, and maintain the cleanliness of dining areas and back-of-house spaces.

Food and Beverage Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about menu items, including ingredients and preparation, to answer guest questions effectively.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations, such as HACCP, and report any equipment malfunctions.

Cash Handling: Handle cash and charge transactions accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.

Support and Coordination: Assist with functions and events, support kitchen staff as needed, and communicate with management and other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?9,000.00 per month
