Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.
Take orders accurately through POS and ensure quick service.
Serve food and beverages as per brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and service stations.
Assist in packaging orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
Handle customer queries with a positive attitude.
Follow company hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Support the team during rush hours and peak operations.
Skills & Qualities Required
Good communication and a friendly personality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong customer service skills.
Basic understanding of English/Hindi preferred.
Eligibility
Freshers welcome; no prior experience required.
Must be 18 years or above.
