No. of Requirements - 3 Education: Any Graduate, Masters from a recognized Institute. Experience:- 4-7 years Job Role:-

• Become expert at understanding of Prestige product portfolio and service regimen
• Target opening/upgrading new doors for Prestige Brands
• Lead, train and upgrade the stylists in the existing and new Doors with a calendered training approach on Prestige Brands.
• Drive stylist engagement program
• Deployment of Stylist incentives and tracking. Ensuring disbursal of rewards as planned to stylists
• Jointly work with sales team to track account business progress and for opening new Doors.To assist in distributor strategies, eg. distribution goals, retain, grow
• Jointly work with sales team on identifying gaps and opportunities at Door level and ensured customised education inputs to progress on such gaps and opportunities
• Ensure the prescribed regimen gets followed in the salon \xe2\x80\x93 Service sequence, dress code of stylist, communication to customer, Brand visibility, Stocking and visibility on Display etc
• Planning and organising Prestige Spa days in salons
• Ensure training and education inputs to existing and new doors are delivered as per Wella prescribed frequency and content
• Be active on and well conversant with Social media and drive social media for Salon and Stylists

Requirements:- 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a hair dresser with a known professional beauty Brand.

• Well conversant in English communication (Written & Oral)
• Good presentation skills
• Open to travel as per job requirement
• Collaboration skills, ability to work with cross function teams.
