Food and Beverage Executive:
- Manage and develop the food and beverage operations to achieve business goals
- Oversee daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Collaborate with chefs, suppliers, and other stakeholders to source high-quality ingredients
Key skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
