What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:

• Be involved in daily Shift operations and work towards customer delivery.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of Network, ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution.

• Contribute towards meeting project specific KPI, SLA & OLA metrics.

Your skills and experience

• Knowledge of IP Routing and forwarding ( BGP, ISIS, OSFP etc).

• 24*7 support on the mentioned network elements

• Proxy configuration and routing

• Working experience on Nokia 7750 SR Routers and 7210 LAC switches

• TimoS upgradation of routers and Switches

• O&M and troubleshooting of the level 1/Level2/Level 3 issues

• Fault management and Change execution of Nokia 7750 SR Routers and 7210 LAC switches

• Clear understanding on Functional architecture of Routers and Switches

• Architecture and functional understanding and working experience on Dell Leaf and spine switch

• Bridge handling, Bridge ethics with Very good communication skills

• Good knowledge on Firewall , Netguard

• Troubleshooting skills on Firewall

• Should have L3 level of experience on handling Firewall domain

Required Skillsets/Competences

• Good Communication skills (verbal & written)

• Certifications on Routing Network ( CCNA/CCNP/NRS etc.)

Qualification: Science or Engineering Graduate.
