About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Flutter Front-End Developer to build high-performance, visually engaging mobile applications for our next-generation parenting and learning platform. You'll collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user-centric mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive mobile modules using Flutter and Dart.
Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, interactive UI screens.
Handle API integration and ensure smooth data flow between app and backend.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Optimize app performance and ensure UI/UX consistency across platforms.
Debug and resolve performance, compatibility, and functionality issues.
Stay updated with latest Flutter trends, packages, and best practices.
Required Skills
2-3 years of experience in Flutter and Dart.
Proficiency in state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
Strong understanding of API integration, Firebase, and app architecture.
Experience in cross-platform development (Android & iOS).
Hands-on with animations, custom widgets, and Git-based workflows.
Preferred Skills
Experience with social or community-based features (feeds, chats, likes, etc.).
Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or gamified experiences.
Understanding of app deployment and store submission processes.
