Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service
Allocate duties and manage wait staff, stewards, and hosts during shifts
Ensure staff follow service standards, grooming, and hygiene policies
Monitor guest seating, service flow, and table turnover
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution for guest satisfaction
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely food and beverage service
Check food presentation, quality, and service accuracy before serving
Ensure billing is accurate and assist with cash handling when required
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and attendance of floor staff
Train new staff and coach existing team on service standards
Ensure compliance with safety, FSSAI, and hotel/restaurant SOPs
Monitor cleanliness of dining area, stations, and washrooms
Report incidents, shortages, or staff issues to the Restaurant Manager
Assist in inventory control of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
