ahindra & Mahindra is seeking a dedicated and proactive

Floor Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in line with Mahindra's commitment to operational excellence and innovation in the automotive and farm equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of shop floor personnel to ensure efficient production. Monitor production schedules and allocate resources to meet targets and deadlines. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Ensure quality control processes are adhered to and assist in root cause analysis for any defects or process deviations. Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members. Maintain detailed records of production data, attendance, and performance metrics. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows. Drive 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives on the shop floor. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machinery and tools. Address employee concerns, manage minor conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary.

Pay: ?10,228.79 - ?27,208.11 per month
