Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing Daily Operations:

Ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized environment. Addressing customer issues and complaints promptly.

Staff Management:

Assigning tasks to staff and ensuring they are completed efficiently. Training and motivating staff to provide high-quality service. Supervising and evaluating staff performance.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Operational Procedures:

Ensuring that operational procedures and company policies are consistently followed. Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Other Duties:

Assisting in menu planning and preparation. Coordinating with other departments, such as the kitchen and bar. Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
