Operational Procedures:
Ensuring that operational procedures and company policies are consistently followed.
Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Other Duties:
Assisting in menu planning and preparation.
Coordinating with other departments, such as the kitchen and bar.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
