Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Assigning tasks, training, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and resolving staff issues.

Customer Service:

Ensuring a positive dining experience, addressing complaints, and resolving issues promptly.

Operational Oversight:

Supervising daily floor operations, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Reporting:

Preparing and presenting reports on floor activities and performance.

Communication:

Maintaining clear communication between staff and management, and effectively communicating with guests.

Training:

Participating in training new staff on safety protocols, operational procedures, and customer service.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.

Problem Solving:

Addressing and resolving customer complaints and operational issues.

Team Motivation:

Inspiring and motivating staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
