Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
Train, mentor, and lead the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to service protocols.
Work closely with the kitchen and management team for efficient coordination.
Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and optimize service efficiency.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Assist in staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to enhance revenue.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and industry best practices.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
