Responsible for but not limited to partnering with the Lines of Business/Change of Law to determine the impact and facilitate testing changes related to new and updated Federal law, State law, and Agency/Investor regulations. Analyzes and comprehends state and regulatory requirements, in correspondence with the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. Identifies and understands operational processes impacted by regulation and ensures necessary changes are incorporated. Manages the progress of project tasks and action items assigned to the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. Facilitation of testing may include but not limited to: partnering with the reporting team, research of data points and processes, building out new testing, updates to existing tests, proactive test reviews, test validation, etc.
