:

• Implementation of preventive & predictive maintenance to ensure maximum availability of all Electrical equipments in the respective section.
• Inventory management and budgetary control with ensuring of minimum stock level of critical spares to reduce the overall maintenance / inventory carrying cost.
• Execution of all identified schemes in desired time frame to achieve targeted results for the process requirements. Preparation of Annual PM Planner / Schedule with shutdown planning for carrying out preventive maintenance. Standardization of PM checklist with equipment history updation. Generation of sectional MIS. Standardization / Rationalization of spares w.r.t. make and maintaining minimum stock level. Review of LCC of high failure rate equipments & replacement with product having better quality / MOC. Ensuring quality of incoming material to check adherence to specifications to avoid premature failures with incorporating MP design at the procurement stage itself. To evaluate and implement the scheme through maximum utilization of in- house resources. To Planning & execution of scheme and corrective action for the deviations. To audit the scheme benefits w.r.t. the initial projections. Innovation
• Identification of improvement projects to strengthen the overall functioning of the electrical system.
• Explore potential areas of power saving in electrical system to achieve targeted ratios in coordination with process.
• Derive maximum productivity of the deployed manpower for providing prompt & effective services to process / internal customers.
• Improve the MTTR & MTBF of all critical electrical equipments to ensure trouble free smooth operation of process with manpower/ equipment productivity. To study the existing lacunas in the system. Gap analysis based on customer expectations. Execution of the schemes is the most techno economic manner. System audit to identify areas of high / idle power consumption. In corporation of latest technology and correct sizing of equipment. Execute approved initiatives for the specified area. Review / reassess the projected savings with corrective measures. Daily management / allocation of planned and routine jobs to the sectional technician of respective areas.
• Coordination with process for all planned & emergency job with proper planning. To develop guideline & check points for immediate restoration of breakdowns & emergency handling. Root cause analysis of all breakdowns with replication of corrective action. Schedule system audit to ensure healthiness of functional parts with system up-gradation wherever necessary. Environment Develop Eco friendly maintenance practices & waste disposal system to enable ISO 14001 compliances. System audit & streamlining of maintenance practices w.r.t. Transformer oil soak pit upkeep. Proper disposal of maintenance waste. Transformer oil spillages / disposal.
• Implementation of identified safety rules and regulations to achieve Zero unsafe practices & accidents.To equip all with protective equipments. To identify unsafe areas and practices with corrective measures.
• Enhance the safety awareness through on job training and will spelt out DO s & DON T s. Accident analysis & implement identified corrective measures. People Development & Motivation Identify development needs for self & team of technicians to build competent & multi skilled work force for providing prompt & quality service to process. Review skill chart & provide On Job Training to technicians and staff on regular basis of respective L1 teams. Skill Development through cross functional contribution & taking up & presenting small improving projects. System Management Implementation of WCM, TPM/TQM & ISO 9000 initiatives to achieve excellence in all aspects of services rendered.
