\xe2\x97\x8f Working with Infra POC to solve for any Parking or space related issues
\xe2\x97\x8f Working with POD ops team to resolve any pickup related issues
\xe2\x97\x8f Calling DEs back to the POD and ensuring great efficiency metrics
\xe2\x97\x8f Figuring out key concerns of delivery partners and communicating to central ops team
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring good earnings for delivery partners available at the POD
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicating any inefficiencies observed on ground
\xe2\x97\x8f Creating a point of view on DEs attriting along with key reasons for the same
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring hygiene at the POD by regulating delivery partner behavior
\xe2\x97\x8f Working with central team to tackle attrition in specific geographies
\xe2\x97\x8f Highlight any delivery partner count related issues at a particular POD
\xe2\x97\x8f 10 PODs per OA and DE count will be decided based on geography.
