Group Company: Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Designation: Recruitment Manager (700596) Position description: To ensure on-boarding of the right talent for fulfilment of manning budgets Primary Responsibilities: To ensure the right profiles are being sourced as per business requirement To ensure business manning targets are fulfilled To design, implement and govern the hiring management process to achieve manning, quality and cost targets To develop and use appropriate employer branding communication To adhere to the hiring process with minimum exceptions To maximize the candidate\'s and hiring managers\' experience of the hiring process To manage the source mix for all hiring by building a pool of active recruitment vendors and driving employee referrals To build key vendor relationships for sustained sourcing pipeline Field specialization: Human Resource Key Performance Indicators: Gross Hiring Target Fulfilment = 95% Hiring TAT as per target = 80% H iring Process Exceptions
