Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities - Performs installations, upgrades, migrations and integrations of a variety of products aligned to globally consistent methodologies with guidance - Applies a solution mindset to problem solve issues arising from the implementation and integration projects - Supports the wider team to performs tasks included in project plans - Effectively communicates with stakeholders - Builds strong relationships with members of the team and external stakeholders where required - Supports the development and implementation of the solution to appropriate standards with guidance - Develops expertise for the maintenance of the integrated solution provided to clients with guidance - Develops awareness on technical and product trends through self-learning, training courses and job shadowing - Supports senior members of the team to deliver on the strategic priorities and to promote best practices for continuous improvement - Effectively carries out tasks assigned in a timely manner Qualifications & Experience - University Degree - Relevant working experience
