Retail Trainer / Regional Trainer Job Profile :- Regional Trainer will be responsible for handling entire training program for the Rajasthan.- He should have excellent presentation skill to present training programs.- He should be capable of creating training content, modules and planning the training calendar.- Trainer requires good inter personal and observation skill so that they can assess trainees, understanding and progress, and make necessary adjustment to the training program.Roles and Responsibilities :- Evaluate/Analyze and identify training needs to meet program objectives.- Conducting Induction & Refresher training for retail stores, Soft skill and Product knowledge training.- Planning OJT & class room training.- Designing and developing the training programs.- Planning and assessment of training programs.- Provide timely feedback.- Training Feedback- Analysis for continual improvement in training function.
