What will I be doing?

As the Fire & Safety Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Coordinate and communicate with other departments, establishing good working relationships.
• Translate all written documents.
• Handle administrative business and daily routines as well as organize all files in the security office.
• Establish good working relationships with team members.
• Ensure that the reporting and servicing deadlines are met.
• Comply with the Hilton team members handbook, hotel policies and procedures.
• The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A Fire & Safety Officer serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• University graduate.
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Fully comprehend and utilize resources available.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs.
• Security related experience preferred.
