Introduction:

Lead & Manage FIP design team to deliver best in class FIPs & provide design service for internal & external customer

Your Job:

Work with:

- TSO, SBU, AM, FAE & customer to develop and gain new business

- internal TD/Fab, IPPM and customer to define new product and set milestone

- senior management on cost, budget, resources and future growth plan

- senior management & HR to improve employee morale and continue to build talent

Provide:

- direction to the team to deliver on time & meet/exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation

- direction & resource to resolve issues

- leadership in improving design methods and procedures

- technical advice to the design community

- career advice to and motivate the subordinates

Other Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

Required Qualifications:

\xe2\x97\x8f Education- Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

\xe2\x97\x8f Years of Experience- 20+ years of FIP ( Lib, Memory, IO ) E2E design ( Arch to Si debug) and management experience.

\xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in English Language \xe2\x80\x93 written & verbal

\xe2\x97\x8f Physical Capacity Demands

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
