Job Summary !


As Circle RF Design Lead, You will be representing CU Head of Design in the circle for ensuring efficient deliveries of Network Design And planning Services within NDO domain in line with the best global practices throughout all phases of the delivery lifecycles and thereby ensuring a profitable business outcome with high levels of customer happiness.
Support CU Head of Design for technical matters as well as service dimensioning and delivery of Network Design and Planning services in circle. You will report to the Customer Unit (CU) Head of Design


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead a team both in scale and skill to deliver according to the agreed business and delivery strategies.
  • Drive execution of global standard methodologies and processes for Design, Planning, Capacity Planning of radio and networks with in circle.
  • Engage proactively with circle leadership (Circle CTO, Circle Planning Head etc.) and with the respective sales organisations within to drive leads generation. Key role in reinforcing add- on sales culture and driving top line growth.
  • You will together with the respective project/program organisation improve the profitability through continual dedication and proactively drive efficiencies via tools, process and innovative delivery strategies. Find smarter, faster deliveries, demonstrating on automation \xe2\x80\x93 Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
  • You will have ownership of implementation of all tool platforms required for Design and Planning services within NDO.
  • You will periodically update CU Head of Design for Network Design and planning Services delivery in circle and customer expectations
  • Driving customer acceptance of Network Design and Planning services in circle.
  • Accountable for the development of the technical competence and certification of yourself and your team in line with our 3 years rolling projected business demand.


To be successful in this role, you must have:


Leadership Skills, Demonstrated skills to lead large service delivery teams in diverse and sophisticated operational environments. Leading them to successful project outcomes in customer projects and CxO engagement. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience across all phases of project starting from pre-sales to service delivery. Operational telecoms management experience of at least 3 years, Demonstrated Network Design and Planning background for a minimum of 7 years.


Key Qualifications


  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT mandatory
  • Vast experience in 2G/3G/4G Network design and Planning services delivery. Experience on 5G networks will be a plus
