\xe2\x80\x94Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales Rep) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 1-4 Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will also align activities to support and supplement marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in the sales process, helping to generate leads, and move them through the pipeline. Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Create and deliver lead generation campaigns (email programs, social media, account-based marketing, thought leadership, webinars, etc.). \xef\x82\xb7 Research and analyze target markets and target segments, map accounts to understand their needs and challenges. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with sales executives across the group to identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads using channels such as email, phone, and social media. \xef\x82\xb7 Schedule appointments for sales managers and/or product managers, where needed, to further engage in proposals, presentations, negotiations and deal closure. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads; track and report on key sales metrics. Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field \xef\x82\xb7 1+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field \xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads \xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and verbal skills \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus About G2 G2 has been a leading provider of merchant onboarding and monitoring services since 2004.
