Stakeholder management with senior finance leadership Handson on finance applications: SAP, Treasury, PTP and RTR Roles and responsibilities: We are seeking a Finance Operations Team Lead to oversee/Improve the Direct FinOps Process and management of finance operations. Desired Profile: This position is responsible for: . Oversee day to day operations of AR/AP collections team and deliver KPI results . Prepare, analyse and summarise performance trend reports on main KPIs / deliverables of the team . Plan, Implement and monitor key action plans for the team and formulate new strategies . Drive AR Collection strategies (Calls, Emails and Internal stakeholder meetings) . Driver of raising the bar of team performance level year on year People: . Hire, manage performance, coach and promote employees . Perform regular coaching of team members . Mediate any interpersonal issues . Inspire and motivate team members . Create training plans of team members for career growth and personal development . Initiate engagement activities to boost team members\' morale and maintain good working environment Educational Background: MBA/CA Inter with past experience of 3-4 years with finance operations Major and recent experience in PTP, RTR, OTC Finance Towers You have strong problem solving, analytic, decision-making and excellent communication with interpersonal skills. Industry exposure will be added advantage.
