DESCRIPTION a) Handing Account Payable-finance operations with team size of 20+ b) Performing deep dive and contribute to process improvements c) Driving operation to achieve key goals d) Representing ops in leadership calls e) Coordinating with multiple teams- Tech, product and Business Partnering teams f) Experience in managing process and operational escalations We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Hyderabad, TS, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - Over all 10+ Years experience in people management & P2P area. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - 4+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 4+ years of mentoring junior finance and/or business team members experience
