Finishing Supervisor
Job Description
1. Site Execution of Civil works i.e. Shuttering, Reinforcement, RCC work of Pilecap, Column, RCC Wall, Slab etc. and also Supervision of Finishing works i.e. Brick work, Plastering, Door-Window & MS Railing Fitting & Fixing, Drywall Interior Partition, Flooring, False Celling work etc.2. Managing the setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.
3. Strong supervision experience in Finishing works in Building with Supervision all Finishing work at all stages High-end floor finishes, Joinery works, Wall finishes, Facades, Structural glazing, wall cladding, Interior works.
4. Supervise the civil, electrical and interiors along with Tiling, Plastering, Painting, Doors and Windows installation, Electrical, Plumbing, Kitchen installations
5. Quantify and track all materials inclusive of ordering, inspecting and verifying shipments from supplier
6. Communicate scope of work requirements to artisans, review production, quality and ensure implementation.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
