- Handling a set of team for carrying out the interiors and Exteriors of the Building.
- Snagging,de-snagging & hand over as per the client satisfaction.
- Handling interiors and as well External finishes including Club house, swimming pool, Multipurpose, Gym and lobbies for the commercial tower.
- Co-ordinating with the External and in-house Architect /Consultants and understanding the concept and drawing.
- Getting approvals of mock up, procuring the best materials with thorough inspection and cost effective, along with proper supervision and execution on Site
- To ensure the work is completed on time with all civil engineering specifications followed and quality standards achieved.
- To try and evolve with the latest trend available in the market and incorporating the same in execution.
