Job Description

We are having an urgent opening for the position Finishing Engineer of for a reputed company in Real Estate Industry at Mulund (East) Location.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all civil finishing and interior fit-out works: tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery, flooring, partitions, waterproofing, etc.
• Interpret and implement GFC drawings, material specifications, and interior layouts.
• Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor daily progress, identify site issues, and ensure snag-free handovers.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and quality checklists.
• Liaise with MEP and structural teams to ensure smooth service integration.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, construction protocols, and approved schedules.
• Maintain material tracking and resource management to minimize wastage and delays.

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 4-5 years of experience in finishing work for high-rise residential projects
• Technical knowledge of modern construction materials, detailing, and execution
• Strong coordination and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with quality control systems, snagging tools, and project timelines
• Experience working on premium interiors and high-spec finishes is preferred
