Job Description


The Financial Services Sales Representative plays a crucial role in meeting business targets for insurance against loans by generating new leads and cultivating relationships with customers. They will cross-sell a range of financial products to meet customer needs and contribute to business growth. The role involves meeting with customers, conducting proper profiling, recommending suitable products, and ensuring seamless sales processes.Role & Responsibilities:Business Targets:

  • Achieve business targets for all financial products as defined and agreed upon.
  • Sell financial products to customers through meetings and counseling sessions.
  • Counsel walk-in and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) customers referred by the company.
  • Conduct proper customer profiling to understand needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance options.
  • Communicate product details effectively to customers and ensure sales are completed as per defined processes.
  • Coordinate with relevant personnel for claims processing.
  • Monitor the data of HL (Home Loan) executives to maximize business opportunities.
Relationship Building:
  • Manage relationships with HL executives mapped to them.
  • Maintain good relations with HDFC Limited.
  • Cultivate relationships with channel partners and DSAs.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned/sourced customers to identify opportunities for various products to meet their financial needs.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of insurance and financial services products, including understanding competition offerings.
  • Ability to effectively sell products and provide required services to customers.
  • Graduation/MBA qualification with excellent communication skills.

  • Effective planning abilities with expertise in geography mapping and sales management.
