Financial Planning & Analysis - Specialist

You will be working as Financial Planning & Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Specialist and will be part of Finance Services business area for Financial Planning & Analysis Services division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and will be responsible for providing Financial Planning and Controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

Your responsibilities

• Performing analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast
• Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers
• Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business or functions
• Working with the other financial professionals in divisions or hubs or countries or functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends
• Liaising with sustainability and HR to prepare and assess the planned inputs
• Preparing allocation cycles and calculation of labour hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios
• Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reports as per division\xe2\x80\x99s or function\xe2\x80\x99s request
• Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting

Your background

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred
• 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with 2+ years of experience in FP&A is preferable
• Basic Knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Production planning, Projects, Material master modules in SAP
• Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA module
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries
• Fluent in English
