Join our Financial Planning and Analysis team and play a key part in providing insightful and forward-looking analysis to drive impactful business decisions for Macquarie Asset Management. In your role as Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for providing senior management with forecasts of the business divisions and operating performance. You\'ll be responsible for reporting and communicating financial budget, forecast, outlook, variance analysis, key trends, KPIs and cost transformation. You\'ll also drive and co-ordinate cost reduction and common process improvement projects as part of the ongoing transformation strategy. Strong communication skills will be needed for regularly interactions with the Senior management and multiple locations. You\'ll also be responsible for providing financial summaries and reporting on various aspects of the Profit and Loss, provide information and addressing queries. You\'ll be designing and generating reports regularly where you\'ll highlight key metrics and performance. You\'ll place continuous focus on innovation and process improvement and identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and add value. You\'ll also be responsible for ensuring quality consciousness across your team and making sure that Macquarie\'s values are demonstrated in all work they perform. To be successful in the role, you will have 6-10 years of relevant experience in financial services with exposure to financial/management accounting, cost allocation and reporting. You bring strong customer service ethics, proactively understand stakeholders\' requirements and can maintain good relationship with stakeholders. You should have experience in managing the team of 3-4 people. You welcome the opportunity to work in a virtual global team and you manage cross-border relationships with ease.
