Our Client is a leading company which is providing advisory services to US clients only.

Designation: Manager FP&A (Financial planning and analysis)

Location: Ahmedabad (Compulsory Work from Office)

Timing: Can be discussed during the interview

Qualification: MBA from premier institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Position will support key financial, operational, and analytical decision-making by leadership
• Maintain and create detailed spreadsheet models (proformas, analyses)
• Position will support treasury functions and settlements with banks
• Broad range of responsibilities with exposure to both accounting and finance
• Great exposure to leadership with may be a small but growing company
• Culture supports learning and growth
• Competitive comp structure

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field from an accredited school
• MBA preferred from premier or Tier 2 institute
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel modeling skills required
• FP&A experience required
• Some banking/treasury functions will be assigned but no prior experience needed
• SQL data import skill desired but not required (can be taught)
• Self starter, ability to work with limited direction after a few months
• Entrepreneurial spirit desired (this is not a role that is limited to the description; contribution in other areas is encouraged)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
