Opportunity to work with a fast growing organisation Opportunity to work with senior stakeholders including founders, investors etc Financial Accounting: Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including overseeing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. Monthly and Quarterly Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support business decision-making. Reporting: Develop and implement financial reporting systems and processes to provide timely and accurate financial information to management and stakeholders. Prepare various financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. Audits & DD: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors, and implement recommended changes to improve financial controls. Also, participate in any due diligence activities that happen during fund raising process. Identify areas for cost optimization and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses. Analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost optimization strategies. Direct / Indirect Taxes / Secretarial compliance FP&A: Running revenue pipeline with probability, business vertical wise growth/profitability, business development targets and business models for in-house projects. Conduct project/ department wise profitability & analysis including risk management International entity set up and compliance The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should be a CA with 6+ years of experience. Big4 experience will be an added advantage. Ability to work in a fast and ambiguous environment with a problem solving mindset.
