Financial Controller

• Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of operations to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals

What you will be doing: * Personally drive and support the Financial Strategy. Encourages leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies and set aggressive goals that will drive the property's financial performance.

• Acting as an AccorHotels Representative, own and manages the relationship with the owner while striking an effective balance between the owner's interests and the brand's interests.-
• Organize and direct the team to supervise all revenues and expenses, as well as all inventories.
• Responsible for managing the day to day financial reporting and controlling requirements of the departments, and will be required to review and analyze management accounts.
• To plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of the personnel involved in accounting and other financial functions of the organization.
• Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve financial performance.
• Maintain an account of all the transactions of the organization.
• Responsible for budget and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reports.
• Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• Your experience and skills include:
• 7+ years of work experience and at least one to two years experience in a similar role.
• Strong Operational knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
