CCB Allocations team is the central team which supports CCB to allocate all of their indirect expense to the Product LOBs. Responsibilities for the team include Monthly Allocation, Business Plan Allocations covering all budget pass, reporting and query resolution. Team additional supports but not limited to cost center Management (cost center creation, hierarchy changes), Regulatory reporting for CCB and FX Hedging. About the Role Ideal candidate will help support the Allocations and CCB P&A group in all aspects of business. The team member will use Excel and PowerPoint in conjunction with JPMorgan\'s financial tools to create meaningful reports and analysis. Excellent ability to understand business financials, juggle shifting priorities and connect the dots and superb communication skills are the key to success in this role. This is an individual contributor role and the candidate will be expected to leverage his experience and expertise to work closely with the wider team to add value to the team and business. Job Responsibilities : Creation of Local Cost Centre, Cash Settlement Centers, Raise SDM. Manage Actual rules updating and correcting when business needs arise. Monitor incoming allocations and assist business with any issues or Ad Hoc requests. Monthly reporting - EMR, Inter/Intra LOB Review monthly forecast and recovery position. Variance analyses (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly). Act as liaison between various Business Units, understand and follow all corporate policies for In-directs. Ensure all Legal Entity issues are resolved including Global and Non-Global. Prepare & load Indirect Actuals, Budgets and Mid-Year Forecast. Ensure Rules and Volumes are loaded and data is validated after each run. MYF & Budget Reporting for Business. Update FX Hedging models during MYF and Budgeting for Treasury and explain large variances to prior passes Participate/Lead in any required costing studies. Assist and/or manage projects as requested/needed (Some Projects that may be part of duties: Legal Entity or Business closures, offshore BMs, cost studies, efficiency projects, and other allocation projects as needed). Support ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management. Maintain calendar of deliverables Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills MBA/Post Graduate/Graduate 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in banking industry - preferred with P&A experience Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and partnering skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within team environment Ability to research issues/problems and provide a \'solution-based\' approach Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (i.e. use of pivot tables, macros, arrays, etc.,) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Exposure to Alteryx, tableau would be good
