The Team

Initiated as an ‘one man army’ back in 2015, now this 18 member strong team is known for its dedication, need based solutions and high quality turnaround with stringent timeframes. As such, over a period of time this team has become a ‘one-stop shop’ that provides high-quality design solutions to Deloitte member firms across the globe and internal stakeholders. All the team members are adept at creating high impact graphics to aid client-facing deliverables, business development activities, internal communication and marketing collateral.
Work you’ll do
A career within Financial Advisory International practice will enable you to be independent and resourceful, creating practical motion graphic solutions in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Your primary role will require you to be adept at Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Videography, Kinetic typography animation along with the following aspects:

• Sketching, storyboards, visualization and ideation
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite or other software to bring your sketches and ideas to life
• Convert your designs into motion, videos and all things digital
• Handle multiple exciting projects
• Conceptualize video content and capability of shooting basic videos is a must
• Manage and store asset files
• Attend team meetings / client calls and share ideas as well as their significance
• Manage deadlines while still being extremely creative
• Visually focused and able to see subtle nuances in colors and textures
• Highly creative with a stellar artistic aptitude for drawing
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with animation technology and video compression encoding
• Able to use a digital pen or tablet
• A team player who is able to articulate ideas and collaborate with others

Eligibility

• 3+ years of relevant experience, working on both small and large video campaigns, infographics, social media
• Graduation / diploma in graphic design, animation design, film design with a remarkable portfolio of motion / video projects
• Experience in shooting basic video content
• Proven work experience in video editing and motion graphics
• A master of video editing suites like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro & Final Cut Pro (the more you know, the better)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be able to take ownership and work under minimal supervision
• 3D modeling and animation experience is a plus

Skills Required
In order to be considered for this role, your core competencies should include:

• Strong feel for balance in layouts, color and other graphical principles that are important to motion graphic design
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent editing skills
• Ability to handle multiple iterations
• Propose new content ideas and contribute to enhancing content
• Design and create engaging motion graphics for video campaigns
• Produce content for websites, social media and other platforms with an understanding of optimizing content for those specific platforms
• Work on company branding to enhance its presence
• Understand and visualise technical content for videos
• Understand and provide creative direction in your area of expertise from concept to execution, while adhering to brand guidelines
• Come up with Motion Graphic videos, 3D animation videos, Walkthroughs, Character Animation videos, Logo animation and Digital Presentations
