As one of our biggest cost drivers, our specialized team ensures that payroll expenses are properly categorized and coded in Oracle. We also generate business-level reports to share with controllers and business finance leaders. What you bring: Knowledge / Experience - 1+ years of relevant experience - Extensive experience in R2R domain - Experience in month-end accounting, HFM reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, trend analysis - Experience in payroll accounting and payroll-related accruals - Experience working with accounting for North American and European countries Skills - Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP software, Blackline or similar reconciliation tools - Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office - Ability to prepare SOPs/process manuals Qualifications - Commerce Graduate or equivalent - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and learn new processes Competencies - Fluent in English - Excellent communicator, with the ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions with internal and external parties and adapt based on the focus of the discussion Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process to provide services to our clients.
