Global Finance Operations is the backbone of the Finance function, responsible for production of all financial reports and insights for global businesses & legal entities and external regulators & investors with Global coverage with engagements spanning across regions \xe2\x80\x93 North America, LAM, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific

Our GFO teams provide reporting, actionable insights and strategic solutions, through utilization of data, statistical and quantitative analysis, predictive modeling, and facilitate fact-based decision-making.Global Finance Operations is increasingly fostering innovation and providing platform to perform and recognize

Our specialist teams also manage the Bank\'s worldwide tax affairs, our group treasury needs, and engage with investors and analysts.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• CA/MBA / B.Com \xe2\x80\x93 Must have.
• Knowledge of finance functions such as accounting, reconciliation and reporting in the financial services sector is a must
• Proficiency in Python / Qliksense / Tableu / MS Office tools like Excel & PowerPoint \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred.
• Financial reporting experience with strong analytical skills background
• Good knowledge of Stress testing with Credit Risk, Basel and IFRS regulatory policies & principles
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members/wider business
• Strong stakeholder management skills -Preferred.
