Job description for Project Finance

• Gathering inputs for financial models from internal stakeholders
• Preparation of comprehensive financial models like project reports, CMA data for various projects to deliver cash-flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment & sensitivity analysis for various projects, Structured Finance, Long term loans.
• Preparation and analysis of Term Sheet.
• Perform economic analyses for potential M&A opportunities - evaluating the attractiveness of projects and facilitating the development of a purchase price
• Developing financial models to evaluate investment and capex proposals of various projects
• Support the closing process of transactions, which includes modeling analysis and audits, responding to questions from counterparties, and preparation of documentation
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for senior management and committee meetings
• Prepare Request for Proposal for Debt / ECA backed/Capital market financing
• Follow industry trends and activities such as power pricing, regulatory or financial incentives and structured financing transactions.
• Study and analysis of market dynamics and industry trends of various sectors
• Tracking Markets with respect to Price movements, interest rates and currencies.
• Assess impact of government regulations/policies on businesses
• Communicating & interfacing with finance providers like Banks, Financial Institutions on due diligence, term sheet negotiations & documentation.
• Monitoring compliance with financing conditions & obligations including Pre-sanction & post sanction terms & conditions.
• Regular Interaction with Advocates & Valuers for successful execution of Title Reports,

Valuation Reports & Mortgage part of Collaterals

• End to end contract management
• Contract renegotiation for better terms, cash flow savings, new products and services etc.
• Innovative cost reduction, concluding contracts
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Required Candidate profile Qualified CA / Full time MBA in Finance from premier institute Experience \xe2\x80\x93 10-18 years of post-qualification experience in project financing, preferably supporting complex transactions Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience Strong interest in joining an entrepreneurial environment and the opportunity to be part of building a high-performance team Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Outstanding written and oral communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,500,000.00 per year Schedule:
