Contract Administration Sales - South Region

Mission of the function:
1. Responsible for all commercial aspects related to order execution incl. monitoring of order profitability
2. Driving Cycle time improvement by influencing every stage of contract execution
3. Driving Risk and Claim Management during execution phase for on time Risk mitigation and Claim submission
4. Comply with company policies, guidelines & procedures in order to protect the business interests and reputation
5. Implementation of Digitalization & Automation tools
6. Ensuring Forecast Accuracy at Regional level

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for overall governance of Order Execution
2. Explore Digitalization opportunities, Contribute in Digitalization projects (UOV dashboard, Drishti, Claim Management tool etc.)
3. Responsible for all commercial aspects of business during project execution - BG, Proforma Invoice, LC draft/vetting, Bank DO, PDC etc.
4. Constant monitoring of health of UOV, raise flags wherever delay in execution is expected
5. Drive revenue forecast accuracy
6. Ensure timely co-ordination & drive actions with various stake holders (PM, Logistics, Sales etc.) to ensure revenue achievement as forecasted
7. Timely billing and submission of invoices to customers through CCCM Team enabling faster cash collection
8. OCC review and timely action to reflect correct order profitability
9. Monitoring NCC & drive claim management
10 Stakeholder management and first point of contact to Regional Management on order execution status

Qualification & Experience : B Com./BBA, with CA/CMA Inter. 6 to 7 years experience in Contract execution/ Sales order management
Proficiency in MS office package especially excellent Excel skills
Should possess good oral and written communication
Should be a good team player with excellence in networking skills
