To assist and monitor the GST implementation processes. To provide on-going advice and solutions on GST implementation and submission. Interact with customers regarding application features and functionality. Implement and configure application modules of the product suite. Help with the demos to customers for different applications. Log Support requests from customers. Work with support resources to fix the issues. Continuously update customers on the progress of their support request. Any other tasks assigned related to GST, as and when required.
