Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide NETWORK & LINKS: INTERNAL All Group Finance community (including Management) in Regions, Country and sites, Product lines and Support Finance functions (FP&A Communication and Reporting center, HQ & functions controlling, Cash & R&D controlling, Tax, Treasury & Financing, ) IS& T Community EXTERNAL External IT auditors OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : Inside the Finance Transformation department, the Reporting Centre\'s mission is to ensure that financial informations are processed in the Planning (Polaris) and Consolidation (Teranga) reporting systems. This role will be in charge to implement efficient processes and reinforce communication to support end users in their understanding and knowledge of the tools utilization and leverage on Team\'s channel, SharePoint, Alstom Finance Academy and KU users community. He/she will also be the SPOC from Finance and Transformation organization to support project with IT team based in India. This r le will be under the management of the Head of Reporting Center. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support end-user on Teranga & Polaris tools and processes Provide post-deployment service and fine-tuning Provide insights to FP&A and Consolidation teams in understanding financial rules and mechanisms implemented in Teranga and Polaris Monitor and manage tool performance (technical platform, user connexions, business rules execution, data entry interfaces ) Feed central FP&A and Consolidation teams with improvement proposals through a change request process organization Contribute to the user acceptance tests and assisting with the deployment Ensure the Finance Community is properly trained on reporting process and Teranga/Polairs, ensure Central and Region communities are able to provide training and support on self-service functionalities to finance users in their respective scope and activity Manage change for an effective deployment of Teranga/Polaris project implementation or evolution Qualifications & Skills: EDUCATION Graduate or Post-Graduate in Accounting / Finance / Engineering Language: English (mandatory) BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: Fluency in communication in English, both written and verbal Team playing skills Time management and prioritization Influencing skills Conflict management Continual improvement mindset TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE Mandatory Understanding of accounting principles and controlling Knowledge in reporting BI tools (BFC, HFM, Qlikview, BW etc) AIR VALUES (Agile, Inclusive & Responsible) BEHAVIOUR: Capacity to continuously adapt to a changing environment by showing a pro-active and positive approach Actively listen to people, encouraging feedback and sharing experiences Make things simple Focus on our goals and prioritize our actions Be curious and have an appetite for learning Work as a team and avoid silos Ask questions instead of making assumptions Show respect for others\' individuality and cultural identity Keep our commitments towards internal and external stakeholders (employees, customers, passengers, society) Ability to prioritize, define action plans and work under pressure.
